Description
Learn how to spell in English while having a great time during this introduction to spelling bees with special guest hosts from the Paris Spelling Bee team. We will discuss bee history and logistics, and learn how to register for this year's competition. We’ll round off the afternoon with a practice spelling bee session to test your spelling smarts!

Also join us for a special pizza night screening of the award-winning documentary Akeelah and the Bee from 18h30 - 21h00 (families are invited - space is limited, RSVP required). A great event for those interested in learning more about the sport of spelling bees.
Wednesday story hours are drop-in and do not require registration. However, for certain special programs, events and parties, sign-up is required as space is limited. Please consult individual listings for details. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
