Description
Close Ups: Film through the Ages is a new series that will explore different aspects of American Film throughout its history, with a wide range of subjects that touch on the esthetics, the theme, the historical context, and the technical facets of feature film. Join Tama Carroll as we celebrate the world of filmaking.

“They’ve got good chemistry”, we often say about a successful onscreen duo. But what is this “chemistry” and how does it transmit through film? Is it logical or is it magical? Maybe a bit of both? Let’s explore together this desirable quality, and the elusive question of what makes “good chemistry”.
