Founded in 1920 as a private non-profit organization, the American Library in Paris receives no regular government subsidies and is largely financed by member fees, donations and grants.
The American Library in Paris has more than 2,300 members from over 60 countries. We have more than 300 periodicals available and offer nearly 200 youth-oriented programs every year.
