The Library features a conference room which is available for use by Library members. When it is not in use by Library discussion groups, meetings, school tours and presentations, proxy testing, and other Library-related business, it is intended for a group of people (3 or more) needing a place in which to study or for informal meetings where talking or discussion is necessary.
Library members may reserve the room for a two-hour period, subject to limitations. Wireless access is available throughout the Library as well as the conference room. At all other times when the room is unreserved, it is considered a place for quiet individual study and consultation of the historic periodical archive.
