Don't miss our spring open house. Meet the Library staff, learn about our services and our collection. Take a behind-the-scene tour of the Library, browse the library's adult and children's collection, take advantage of a special book sale while enjoying popcorn and beverages, and enter a raffle for movie tickets. Drop by our information table and learn about some of the programs the Library is supporting this spring including the Young Author's Fiction Festival, the 2010 Paris Spelling Bee and our annual Word for Word performance.

Drop by the reference desk and learn how to find reserve materials, journal articles online, books, subject guides on your topic of research, and how to manage your citations. .

Want to learn how to download an attachment and print, insert a picture into a document or use Google Maps? Sign-up for a one-to-one 20-minute session during Open House for help with a select number of key tasks or questions. Drop by the Circulation desk or call in for your time slot. Spaces are limited.

In the Children's Room: BOOKWORMS Book Club (ages 9-12) from 14h00 - 15h00. And don't miss the Young Author's Fiction Festival Workshop: From ideas to completed stories (ages 8-12) from 15h00 - 16h00.

Yale A Cappella: 17h15 - 18h00
The talents of Orpheus, minstrel to Olympus, and the legacy of Bacchus, god of revelry, come together with Yale's Society of Orpheus and Bacchus a cappella group. Enjoy a burst of music and revelry with the hip attitude of every rock band that has ever made thousands of teenage girls scream.

Spelling Bee Movie Night: 18h00-21h00
Join us for the screening of the award-winning documentary Spellbound. A great event for those interested in learning more about the sport of spelling bees on a national level in the United States. NOTE: Reservations for this event were required. All spaces are now full.
